At Art of Tea, we strive for the highest quality in every leaf; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on select items to ensure your perfect tea experience.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened and in its original packaging; please note that due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea or perishable products.
Contact Support
Reach out to our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the RMA clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship it back to our California distribution center using a trackable carrier.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
